Palermo is a spacious and comfortable summer house designed to meet the needs and expectations of the whole family. This single-story house includes two bedrooms, a large living room that can be combined with a small kitchenette, and a bathroom.
The structure of the house is made of solid 70 mm thick spruce logs, a material known for many years as one of the most durable and stable choices for this type of building. The house is delivered with a pressure-treated base frame, floorboards, walls, doors, windows, and roof boards. Roofing material can be added upon the customer’s request.
Wood is a renewable raw material, and its versatility makes it the best material for building garden and summer houses. Scandinavian wood grows slowly in a cool climate, making it a high-quality, very reliable raw material that has been used in construction for many years. The cool climate makes the wood structure strong and durable, while maintaining an aesthetic appearance.
Wood is a 100% natural and living building material that can be subject to swelling, shrinking, tone changes, warping and bending of details. These features do not interfere with the construction of the garden house and do not affect the comfort of use.
To prevent discolouration and protect the house from rot, wood decay, mould and other damage, all joinery should be finished with appropriate wood preservatives, at least on the outside.

For the production of our garden houses we use Scandinavian spruce wood from raw material with the FSC® C004251 certificate.
All wooden elements are delivered raw, except for the factory-impregnated supporting frame that protects the building from moisture and extends its life. The garden houses have wind deflectors that limit the penetration of wind and rain into the corners of the house. In addition to the base frame, the set also includes roof and floor boards and wind protection strips. All houses are delivered with assembly instructions and fasteners, which allows for immediate assembly work to begin.
Construction packages: GOLD, DIAMOND+,

For the garden house we offer high-quality windows and doors made of spruce or pine wood and tempered glass. We have windows in various quality classes to choose from. Available packages, in addition to the tilt and divide mechanism, windows also have double glazing, a metal pin and a double seal. All doors have a low threshold and are lockable. Gold class and above doors are equipped with a tempered glass package, double boarding, a threshold and a seal with an aluminum coating.
When choosing the right product, we also recommend that you take into account the door quality code, which is provided in the technical description of each product.

We offer a range of roofing materials for most garden houses. If the house is not supplied with roofing felt, it can be purchased separately. It is possible to buy additional bituminous shingles. The high quality of the Finnish shingle manufacturer is confirmed by the quality certificates ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 held by the company.
Honeycomb bituminous roofing tile is a lightweight, elegant roof covering used on steep roofs with a slope exceeding 11°. Ideal material for use as a roof covering on single-family houses, gazebos and summer houses. When choosing shingles, you can choose from four colors: black, green, red, brown. Depending on the model of the house, it is possible to order a different roof covering such as metal roofing tiles or popular seam sheet metal. Ask for a quote!

All garden houses with a wall thickness of 28-44 mm are delivered to the customer within 4-7 weeks. Longer delivery times for houses with a wall thickness of 70 mm and custom-made houses are up to 10 weeks.
Before building a garden house, you need to prepare a foundation that takes into account the size of the house and the soil. For smaller and medium-sized garden buildings, a leveled substructure of concrete blocks or concrete posts is sufficient, and for larger summer houses, a foundation.
Garden houses are delivered in special packaging that protects the wood from excessive moisture (rain). Depending on the size of the house, the package can be over six meters long and weigh over a ton. However, there are also houses that are packed in several packages. When using our transport and assembly services, please remember that the packaging of the purchased product is large and heavy, and the transport vehicle must have unrestricted access.
Prefabricated house elements and the comprehensive assembly instructions included with it ensure easy assembly. Depending on the size of the garden shed, it may take 1-5 days to build. Some basic tools are required for successful assembly (cordless drill, trowel, saw, hammer, measuring tape, ladder) and the garden shed should be assembled by at least two people.
